PRECAUTIONS
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in cases of medication-induced constipation. In case of overdose, seek professional help or contact a Poisons Information Centre immediately. Before using this product, consult a doctor if you have a sudden change in bowel habits persisting for 2 weeks or have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, rectal bleeding or are considering it as part of a cholesterol-lowering program and if pregnant or nursing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or oesophagus and may cause choking. If mixture thickens, add more water and stir. Do not take if you have difficulty in swallowing. If constipation persists beyond 7 days, consult a doctor. Bulk fibre may affect how well other medicines work. If you are taking a prescription medicine by mouth take this product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after the prescribed medicine to minimize any effect on drug absorption. As your body adjusts to increased fibre intake, you may experience changes in bowel habit or minor bloating.IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Directions
With Metamucil Fibrecaps, you get the benefits of 100% natural psyllium fibre. Simply take 2-6 capsules, one at a time, with a 250ml glass of water. Drink plenty of water.
Take Metamucil Anywhere
Each dose (6 capsules) of Metamucil Fibrecaps contains the same amount of fibre as two bowls of cornflakes. Now you can take that fibre whenever and wherever you like.
USAGE ADVICE

Adult 12 yrs+: 2-6 Capsules
6-11 yrs: Consider use of Metamucil powder

Dose can be taken 1-3 times daily. This product is not recommended for children under 12 years.

Our deliveries with Australia Post are delivered with safe drop, meaning your parcel will be left in a secure place around your property if no-one is home. If there is nowhere safe to leave your parcel, please note this in the Delivery Comments box at the final stage of checkout.
If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your business name and any delivery instructions (eg "Leave at Reception").
If your parcel is being delivered with our same day delivery service, please ensure your mobile number is in the delivery comments or on your customer account, so we can contact you if necessary.
If one of the items you've ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item comes back into stock.
This will be reflected on your confirmation email, as your dispatch date will be delayed.
