Sterilise all utensils for 5 minutes or use an approved steriliser.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBoil safe drinking water \u0026amp; allow to cool.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAdd contents of sachet to 200mls of the cooled pre-boiled water and mix thoroughly by shaking gently.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTest temperature on wrist before use. It should feel lukewarm, not hot. If it feels too hot, cool it down by holding the bottle under cold water. Be sure none of this water gets into the prepared formula.
