NEW LOOK LABELS & PACKAGING OVERVIEW
We are excited to announce that from September 2018 we will transition to new look labels and packaging designs for our vitamins and supplements range, commencing in Australia before extending to selected global markets.
WHAT IS CHANGING AT SWISSE?
NEW Label Design:
At Swisse, we will be transitioning to a new label design for all vitamins and supplements to assist you in better navigating our range and choosing products that are right for you.
The new labels will provide you with information that is more detailed and easier to locate, including expanded active ingredient lists and more comprehensive allergen information.
NEW Packaging Design:
The new Swisse packaging design will give our range a more consistent look-and-feel on shelf, whilst providing improved functionality and additional brand identification components.
WHEN WILL IT HAPPEN?
All good things take time! As we transition to new labels and packaging commencing September 2018, you might see both old and new versions of your favourite Swisse products on shelf for the next two years. Inside, our premium quality formulations remain the same, so you can feel confident purchasing either.
Your latest products look different – have you changed them?
Swisse is evolving and enhancing its current packaging and label design, starting with the exciting new Swisse Ultinatal range. Over the next two years, Swisse will transition all of its existing range to feature new packaging and labels.
Will your formulations also change?
Whilst Swisse is changing shape on the outside and our labels may look slightly different, our premium quality formulations will remain the same.
Why are you changing your packaging?
The new Swisse packaging design will give our range a more consistent look and feel on shelf, whilst providing improved functionality for our customers. Leveraging the strength of our existing design, Swisse is further enhancing its packaging to incorporate additional brand identification components.
Why are you changing your product labels?
Swisse is transitioning to a new label design for its supplements to assist our customers in better navigating our range and choosing the product that’s right for them. Our new labels will provide both customers and healthcare professionals with information that is more detailed and easier to locate. It will also bring our labels in line with updated regulatory requirements for complementary medicines in Australia (known as TGO 92).
When will the new Swisse packaging with new label design start appearing on shelf? All good things take time! As we sell through current stock in existing packaging and transition to new labels and packaging, you will likely see both current and refreshed versions on shelf over the next two years. Inside, our premium quality formulations remain the same, so you can feel confident purchasing either.
I’ve noticed all Swisse labels now feature a square icon you can scan with your smart phone – what is it for and how does it work?
All Swisse product labels now feature a Brand Protection Icon (BPI) to enable consumers to verify the authenticity of their purchase. Utilising world-class surface scan identification technology, customers can download the Swisse Scan app to authenticate any product in the Swisse range. Each BPI is unique and cannot be replicated, reinforcing the integrity and authenticity of every Swisse product label.
