CLICK & COLLECT

 

What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect allows you to shop online at your convenience, then collect your order from a select store for no additional charge, at a time that suits you! You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

 

Why should I use Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is the perfect last minute shopping option, allowing you the convenience of shopping online, without the shipping costs, and you can collect in store within 6 trading hours.

 

*If you can’t come in straight away, Click & Collect orders will be held for up to 7 days.

 

Where is Click & Collect available?

Click & Collect is available at Better Value Pharmacy Springvale.

Is there a charge for Click & Collect?

Click and Collect is a complimentary service offered by select stores. All you will have to pay is the total price of the products that you purchase (including GST).

 

What forms of payments do we accept for Click & Collect?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal, for Click & Collect orders.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept Gift Cards, Vouchers, Coupons as forms of payment with this service.

 

Is there a charge for Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a free service offered. All you will pay is the total price of the products purchased (including any GST).

 

Are all items available from my selected Click & Collect store?

Ranging may differ, if the product you wish to purchase isn’t available from out store, you may contact us inquiry when the stock is available. 

 

Can I order gift cards when ordering via Click & Collect?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process Gift Cards via Click & Collect.

 

Can I order Prescription, Pharmacist Only and Pharmacy Only scheduled products?

Unfortunately, we are unable to stock and sell these items online. To purchase these products, please visit Better Value Pharmacy.

 

CLICK & DELIVER

 

What is Click & Deliver?

Click & Deliver allows you to shop online at your convenience, and have your order delivered to your nominated address, within a timeframe that suits you!

 

Is there a charge for Click & Deliver?

Click & Deliver is a complimentary service offered by select stores, and the only fee being the delivery. The cost will vary depending upon your preferred delivery option.

 

Are all items available from my selected Click & Deliver store?

Ranging may differ, if the product you wish to purchase isn’t available from out store, you may contact us inquiry when the stock is available. 

 

Can I purchase over the counter medicines and pharmacist only medicines as part of my Click & Deliver order?

Better Value Pharmacy are able to provide pharmacy medicines, including over the counter and pharmacist only medications. Better Value Pharmacy will do so in line with any legislative or government restrictions and may need to call you to clarify any medical requirements.

Pharmacy Only Medications include Nurofen (more than 20 tablets), Panadol (more than 20 tablets), Coloxyl + Senna, Cold and Flu. A good way to think of these is, anything you are unable to buy in a retail shop.

 

I have received my order, however the product was faulty/incorrect. Can I return or exchange my item(s)?

Yes absolutely. If the item is incorrect or faulty, we’ll happily investigate this for you and an outcome will be determined based on our Refund and Exchange policy.

 

How will I know my order is on its way?

You will receive an email from us advising your order is on its way with the courier.

 

COLLECTION

 

When will my order be ready for collection?

We want to get you your order as quickly as possible, so generally your order will be ready within 6 trading hours. We will send you a collection email when your order is ready. 

*Please note, during busy periods our processing time may be extended.

 

How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

You will receive an order confirmation email advising that your order is ready for collection.

 

Where should I go to pick up my order?

Head into your selected store and collect your order at the main registers, alternatively you can notify one of our friendly team members that you would like to pick up your Click & Collect order or book an appointment for coolect with us.

 

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

When you head in-store to collect you order, make sure you bring along:

  • A copy of your confirmation email or SMS
  • Valid photo ID, e.g. Drivers licence, passport, student ID, etc.
  • The debit/credit card used to place your order

You will also be required to sign for your order at the time of collection.

 

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

Yes, absolutely! They must present a copy of the order confirmation email or SMS when picking up your order. They will also need to produce valid photo ID at the point of collection.

There may be situations where you’re unable to nominate someone else to collect the order on your behalf. In situations where this is the case, you will receive a request from the store notifying you that the customer who placed the order must collect the order. To collect your order you will need to present photo ID and your debit/credit card used as proof of purchase.

 

Can I change or cancel my Click & Collect order?

If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact us. We will need to check the current status and advise you of the options available to best accommodate your request.

 

I’ve collected my order, however the product was faulty/incorrect. Can I return or exchange my item(s)?

ORDERS

 

I’ve placed my order, however I have been contacted as an item in my order has been cancelled. Why is this?

On occasion an item instore may be damaged, missing or at peak times the item may have just sold out in store. We will only find out when we pick your order. Although this does not happen often, on the occasion that it does, you will receive a cancellation email advising you what has changed from your original order, and you will be refunded for the item(s) we weren’t able to provide.

We apologise if this happens - please contact your us if you have any issues in relation to this.

 

How long will my order by kept for?

Uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded after 7 days.

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 7 days from the day that you placed your order. After 7 days, your order will be cancelled and offer you credit voucher. Please allow sufficient time (3 to 5 days at a minimum) for the refund to appear in your account. 

 

The product I order was not what I was after. Can I return my item(s) if they are not suitable?

If an item is not quite right, we will happily exchange or refund the item(s) for you in line with the Returns and Exchange Policy. See below for further information on this policy.
