Warnings

Not suitable for children under 8. Water flossers can be used by children 8+ and by persons with reduced physical, sensory and mental capacity under supervision. Use this product only for its' intended use as described in the Instruction Manual. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN under 8 years of age. Do not add salt, iodine or bleaching agents to the tank as these may affect product performance and lifespan. This product contains a rechargeable lithium battery. After Use: Open the water tank cover & drain the water. Be sure to drain water out after each use. Turn on the power switch to drain the water. Operate until no water appears, and then turn off switch. Store the unit upright, recharging as necessary. Press the nozzle release button. Remove the nozzle from the Water Flosser and air dry in an upright position. For hygiene reasons, the nozzle should be replaced every 6 months. If the nozzle tip is deformed, replace it with a new one. Cleaning - we suggest cleaning the unit once a week to maintain highest hygiene standards. Twist to remove the water tank. Clean with water not hotter than 50 degrees C. Wipe off excess water and dry completely. Wipe the pins of the power plug with a dry cloth every six months.

Directions

Aim nozzle into bathroom basin or shower, then press the "Switch" to start, followed immediately by pushing the rear pause button. (This will stop water flow while you choose your preferred mode). Press the "Mode Selection" switch to select the desired water spraying mode. The mode indicator will light up according to the selected mode. When ready to floss, put the nozzle into the mouth and close the mouth gently. Release the pause button to activate water flow. Remember to use the handy pause (stop/start) function as desired until your flossing routine is done. Keep machine upright whilst cleaning. Machine can be used for about 1 minute when tank is full. If the nozzle is excessively inclined, the water pipe may not make contact with water in tank causing machine to automatically cut off after 5s to protect the machine. To restart, press the On/Off button after adjusting the water flow direction by turning the nozzle handle or refilling. After using, press the On/Off switch to turn off the unit whilst it is still in your mouth to prevent water splashing over basin. Use once a day. Note: If the nozzle sticks to the gum accidentally when cleaning teeth, causing the nozzle to be blocked, the machine will automatically stop to protect the gum from injury. After the shutdown, the charger needs to be connected. After the charger is connected, the charger can be unplugged when the product indicator light is on, this is not a fault.

Our deliveries with Australia Post are delivered with safe drop, meaning your parcel will be left in a secure place around your property if no-one is home. If there is nowhere safe to leave your parcel, please note this in the Delivery Comments box at the final stage of checkout.

If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your business name and any delivery instructions (eg "Leave at Reception").

If your parcel is being delivered with our same day delivery service, please ensure your mobile number is in the delivery comments or on your customer account, so we can contact you if necessary.

If one of the items you've ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item comes back into stock.

This will be reflected on your confirmation email, as your dispatch date will be delayed.
