Step 3. Provide your order number.
Step 4. Pay delivery fee over the phone.
Due to current high demands for this service, phone delays may occur.
Our staff appreciate your patience and look forward to assisting you.
Delivery Times & Fees
Delivery requests made before 12pm will be delivered by 6pm on the same day. Other delivery services are available for delivery requests made after 12pm.
An average delivery fee of $10 applies. Delivery fees may vary depending on the time.

Zero Contact Delivery
What to expect when your delivery driver arrives with your order.
The health and safety of our customers and drivers is our priority, which is why we have a ‘zero contact’ delivery process.
- The driver will place your order on a safe surface in front of your door.
- The driver will then ring your doorbell.
- The driver will then move back to a safe distance (1.5m ‐ 2m away) and confirm your full name.

How do I order a repeat script to be collected?
There are a number of ways to get your prescriptions delivered. The easiest way is call directly to us – you can order scripts you’ve left on file at the pharmacy or fax new scripts. Alternatively, you can contact us to organise delivery of your medication.
Can you deliver any products that require refrigeration?
Please check with us to make sure we can deliver your refrigerated medication.
How will my products be delivered?
Products will be delivered in-person to the address your specify when you order.
Can I order pick up in-store instead of Home Delivery?
You’re welcome to order your products via phone, email, fax and then visit our local Pharmacy for free pick-up.
Is Home Delivery available during COVID-19?
Home Delivery is still available. You may order your products and we will deliver to your door, or you may also arrange to pick-up in-store with minimal contact.
What other products are available to get delivered to my home?
Please contact us as we may accept non-prescription items to be delivered to your nominated address.
