Collagen is an important protein that makes up the majority of the skin and ligaments. While naturally produced by the body, as we age collagen production decreases, affecting skin elasticity and hair fullness. Supplementing the body’s naturally produced collagen helps maintain healthy hair, skin and nails. Vida Glow’s Marine Collagen contains an all natural pure marine collagen, derived from the scales of the Deep Sea Red Snapper, and is highly bioavailable, making it easy for the body to absorb and process. Directions
Enjoy 1-3 sachets per day. Blend 1 sachet at a time into your morning cereal, porridge, water, juice, or food/beverage of choice.
1 sachet is ideal to maintain healthy hair, skin and nails.
Take 2 sachets per day - one in the morning and one in the evening - for weak nails, fine hair and the first signs of lines and wrinkles.
3 sachets per day for those with wrinkles, very fine hair, a dull complexion and brittle nails. Take one in the morning, one at lunch, and one in the evening.
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Warnings
Vida Glow's marine collagen is a natural marine collagen protein, with no serious side effects; however, it is not recommended during pregnancy. It can be taken while breastfeeding.
Vida Glow Marine Collagen is not recommended for people who have allergies to fish.

We know you’re probably used to our super-fast dispatch times, as well as our guarantee to have any orders placed before 2pm dispatched on the same day. However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we have had to slightly modify our processes in order to ensure the absolute health and safety of our team members as well as our wonderful customers.

Our deliveries with Australia Post are delivered with safe drop, meaning your parcel will be left in a secure place around your property if no-one is home. If there is nowhere safe to leave your parcel, please note this in the Delivery Comments box at the final stage of checkout.
If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your business name and any delivery instructions (eg "Leave at Reception").
If your parcel is being delivered with our same day delivery service, please ensure your mobile number is in the delivery comments or on your customer account, so we can contact you if necessary.
If one of the items you've ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item comes back into stock.
This will be reflected on your confirmation email, as your dispatch date will be delayed.
